Setting: Pull through sites were large enough for bus and towed, gravel and paved roads to get in and out easily, sites were level albeit a little tight. There was a small grass area between sites. Hookups including electric, sewer, water and cable all worked well. Satellite reception was good. Campground Wi-Fi was slow and could not use. AT&T 4G and cell service was just OK. Stayed for 5 nights. Campground has some permanent residents, but the short terms are at the back of the park. Note, there is no shade for the short timers and the temperature was around 100 degrees. Location was great, right in town and close to shopping and restaurants. No pool, spa or playground. We would stay there again if in this area.
