Setting: The beach here is a 10 with a great views from our motorhome. The sites were roomy and most were suitable for big rigs. The power and hookups worked well. You can have fires on the beach but the sign says a permit is required. This is a remote area and there is not much in town, the restaurant was closed during our visit but there is a small store on the south side of the campground that had supplies. Second & Third beaches are nearby and worth the hike of about a 1.4 miles. Rialto beach was closed for road repair so we were not able to get the beach. No AT&T Cell service but Wifi was available at office at dial up speeds .This is setup like two different campgrounds with sites on the north being mainly gravel pull-thrus with some grass and a fence between each, unlevel but with a good view. Some have sewer hook-ups on both sides. The part south of the store is more basic. All gravel back-ins with hook-ups and also. Many tent sites are sandwiched in back of the ocean front sites. There are a few toilets and showers back at the store and there are some construction site style portable toilets scattered around. I liked the North side best as it had better separation but hard to get level but the beautiful sunsets is why we came and this location delivered.
