Setting: We usually do not stay at KOA as they are more expenses and usually have small and tight sites, our neighbors gave us for Christmas $50 KOA gift card and we decided to use it making the rates more reasonable. This park was a usual KOA, very small narrow sites with a small patch of grass, small concrete pad and a table. The place is clean, the WiFi is horrible, our neighbors had two dogs that barked continuously,  there was very little signage to get here and if not for the directions on their website we would have missed our turn. Seemed to be with quite a few permanent residents but their sites were tidy and clean. The staff was friendly and but not helpful, we wanted to renew our KOA card in order to take advantage of the 10% discount, they would renew the card but not give us a discount.  All KOA’s we have stayed at for more than 10 years have always had someone to escorts you to your site and assist in any way needed but not this location. We would probably look for different place to stay if in this area again.
