Setting: The sites are level pull-throughs. Very clean rest rooms and showers. Dog park and plenty of space to walk dogs. Very nice free miniature golf course. Owners very friendly and helpful. Easy entry and exit. Large shade trees cover nearly every space. Quiet, off the main road but close to Montrose downtown. Has a smaller, intimate feeling. Would definitely stay here again.
